Service scope
InsurDigi provides insurance management software for policies, customers, renewals, commissions, tasks, and AI/OCR-assisted data entry. The service does not replace legal advice, insurance advice, or user business decisions.
Accounts and security
Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure, assigning member permissions appropriately, and notifying us of unauthorized access.
Responsibility for end-customer data
The agency organization is responsible for ensuring that any end-customer data entered or uploaded into InsurDigi has the required legal basis, consent, and compliance with personal data protection rules.
AI/OCR features
AI/OCR outputs are assistance for data entry and suggestions. Users must review, confirm, and take responsibility for the data before saving or using it operationally.
Billing and plans
Plan details, usage limits, billing cycles, cancellation, and renewal terms are shown on the pricing page or in a separate agreement between the parties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, InsurDigi is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect user-entered data, unchecked AI results, or the user’s breach of security obligations.
