How to reduce data gaps during peak renewal season

Define mandatory fields
Expiry date, product, customer, contact channel, and owner should be the minimum required fields before a record enters the queue.
Split issues by severity
Separate quick-fix data errors from records that need deeper reconciliation.
Assign clear ownership
Do not leave incomplete records in one shared bucket. Give them an owner and a due date.
